Our mission is to empower mothers and career returners to step back into the workforce, launch businesses, or reinvent their professional path with confidence, clarity, and community.
We know that the transition back to work after a career break can be overwhelming. Confidence can waver. Identity can shift. And even the most ambitious women can find themselves unsure where to begin again. The Comeback exists to change that narrative — replacing uncertainty with tools, stories, and support that make the next step feel possible.
From the Founders
As mothers and event professionals, we’ve walked this path ourselves. We know the joy — and the identity crisis — that can come with motherhood. We created The Comeback because we saw a need for something that didn’t yet exist: an empowering, practical, stigma-free space for women who want to return to themselves as much as to work.
